Volume 1. Empowerment
It is clear that femininity is not a concept that belongs only to the feminine gender but to any human being who feels it. It is a broad concept that can be interpreted in different ways if we do not classify it within the typical stereotypes. Fem is a set of volumes of photos previously selected from a complete photoshoot. With this project, I wanted to transmit through a women her femininity without having make up or being dressed exaggeratedly. Therefore, she is dressed in fairly neutral colors which are associated with earth colors in a natural and exterior context. She basically expresses and transmits her femininity through body language.
Volume 2. Personality
As a creative director, I just expected the model to be and express herself in a way that she felt as comfortable as possible. Thus, I asked her to move and pose the way she felt most identified and natural. I chose this scenario to focus attention on her, but also to relate the colors, shapes and meaning to nature.
Volume 3. Mental peace
Femininity is a concept associated with women and all that encompasses it. Even so, I believe that in our society it is often interpreted as something that women must express with their beauty and the way they dress, the way they make-up, the way they behave, etc. From my point of view, I believe that femininity is something that is expressed through the person with the way she acts, the way she walks or the way she moves. That is, through her body and personality. I consider that each person expresses his or her femininity in infinite different ways.
